Do I need a credit card to start?
You can explore the platform with sample data before subscribing. A card is required when you choose a paid plan.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
No — prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the applicable rate will be added at checkout.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer is available for Enterprise annual plans — contact support@paspira.com.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data. After 30 days your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
